OCCUPANCY:Max guest count is 16 people.The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay.Because our home is stocked and prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guest fees may apply for guests beyond the base count, up to the maximum allowed occupancy (16 Guests).VENDORS:Outside vendors require prior approval by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules. We are not responsible for any fees if you book a vendor and must cancel on them because they are unapproved.QUIET HOURS:Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance.
