This seventh-floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge, and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flat-screen TV, a comfy queen-sized sofa bed, and a dining spot for two. Down the hall is a cozy Queen Bedroom as well as a full private bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Guests who bring service animals must fill out an application 30 days prior to arrival for Sunglow HOA Board approval. - The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. - The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy! -The outdoor beach shower tower is located on the pool deck, allowing for quick cleans after a trip on the beach. - This property does not have Cable TV. Thanks for understanding. - Guests will only receive one parking permit upon arrival. Additional vehicles will have to be parked offsite at a location of their choosing.
