This remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is spacious and a great place to say with easy access to year-round activities. The free green line shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Shops, restaurants, and hiking and biking trails are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course is a quick 4-minute drive away. A mudroom wall is available to the left upon entry. Hang your coats and set your winter gear down before walking into a cozy living room. There is a flat screen TV, cable, DVD/Blue Ray player and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Gather around for a night in with some hot chocolate. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Firewood is provided in the patio area. A fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for homemade meals. There is a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, wine opener and more. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out onto the slopes. The dining table has seats for 6. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed and mounted TV. An alcove near the front of the home has a built-in Twin bunk bed built into the wall, great for the kids. A full bathroom is available for guests to share. There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer. THINGS TO NOTE: - The Horizons is not a pet friendly complex. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Next door neighbor lives there full time and will (and have) report any renters bringing pets with fines starting at $150-300 per day. Renters will be responsible for any fines incurred for violations of HOA rules. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. The complex amenities are managed by the HOA This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
