The Village of Britannia is a peaceful “community” of villas and is a terrific place to stay with the family. The villas are more economical and more fun than hotel rooms, but still have similar amenities of resorts in Cayman Islands. This 4 bed 5.5 bath unit has plenty of space for the family to spread out. With unobstructed views of the expansive gardens and golf course from its own private patio, you can relax and enjoy outside dining. The living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, plus three guest bedrooms and bathrooms, are all located on the ground floor level. The spacious Master bedroom located on the second floor boasts two bathrooms and large walk-in closet. Located in the "Seven Mile Corridor" Britannia is centrally located next door to Camana Bay and walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants along the Seven Mile strip. This villa provides a blend of privacy, ample space, and comfort. Centrally located near Camana Bay and the Seven Mile strip, this villa invites you to create lasting memories in Grand Cayman. Located in Seven Mile Corridor, you are only a short walk away from the white sandy Seven Mile Beach. Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% mandatory tourism tax will be added to all reservations. For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment. Standard Cancellation Policy: 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund (100%). 7-14 days before check-in: Partial refund (50%). Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
