There is large bedroom with a brand-new Queen-size bed, with built in robes. There is a large bathroom off the bedroom with a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is also located in the bathroom with a washer/dryer and large sink. There is a deck wrapping around the studio with the most amazing views of the Derwent River . The studio has a large reverse cycle air conditioner ensuring warmth in winter and cooling in summer, as well as dual roller blinds for privacy.
