Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river. Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
