Our apartment is located in the prestigious Neuilly-sur-Seine district, renowned for its elegance and refinement. Known for its residential, elegant and chic setting, our 44m2 one-bedroom apartment is the perfect getaway for travelers seeking comfort and tranquility. Please note that our apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. Close to public transport, you'll have easy access to La Défense and Paris! You'll be able to explore the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées and much more. The apartment comprises: - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine... - Living room with dining table, sofa bed and TV - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin - Separate toilet - Storage space - Bed linen and towels provided - TV and high-speed Internet access (WiFi) This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. Neuilly-sur-Seine, just a stone's throw from the heart of Paris, is often considered one of the capital's most exclusive suburbs. This residential town is renowned for its charm and serene atmosphere. You can explore the city's many parks and gardens, such as Parc de Bagatelle or Parc de la Folie Saint-James, for a nature-filled getaway. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our premises near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
