On the outside space directly in front of the house, right next to the pool, there is a lounge and a dining table. There you will find anything you might need during your stay such as super-markets, banks, pharmacies and a big local market consisting of all kind of shops. The area offers a large variety of beaches that will satisfy every taste. The long nearby beach(650m) has a restaurant, a beach-bar and a nightclub as well as more quiet and secluded spots. Some additional beaches are Ververoda(2.2km), Hinitsa(6.8km), Kosta(8km), Limanaki(8.8km) and Xrisi Akti(9km). At the cosmopolitan beach of Porto Heli(3.7km) you will find beach-bars, seaside restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife venues as well as many activities like water sports, scuba diving and boat rentals. The location of the property is an ideal starting point for one-day trips to the natural and cultural sights of the area. From the port of Porto Heli(3.5km) you can take a boat to the small cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Hydra.
