You’ll enter this townhome from the garage, where you will step right into the convenient mudroom where you can store your gear. Just a few steps up the staircase and you will be in the second level main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas. Living Room: The living room features mountain contemporary style leather furnishings, a 50” TV, a cozy gas fireplace, a piano, and a wall mounted sound system. Step out on the adjacent deck to enjoy the mountain breezes. There’s also outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill. Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and bar seating for four. Dining Room: This dining area offers a large table with seating for eight.
