You`ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, one bedroom and a half bath on the main level with the kitchen, dining, and living room, and a large den with a 3/4 bath downstairs. When you`re not exploring Leadville`s restaurants, you can cook meals at home in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the gas grill when the weather`s warm. Enjoy classic Colorado mountain views both east and west, the sun room, and the spacious deck with southern exposure. Historic downtown`s shops and museums are just a one-mile walk, bike, or drive away. The best in outdoor recreation is easily accessible, from quiet hiking and fishing trips, to snowmobiling, skiing, and even zip-lining! Back at the ranch, modern comforts like cable and WiFi make you feel at home, and the garage is perfect for safely storing your gear.
