Unique Property Features: ~ PRIVATE beach access. Guests & Owners of small neighborhood are the only people who will be on your beach. ~ Open space around home. There is a private neighborhood park extending from the front yard and a pond extending from the back yard. ~ Large shaded outdoor space. The gulf breeze blows through this shaded space making it a great place to spend time. POOL HEAT A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available. You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast.
