Upon entry, you'll be greeted by true city life - a grand loft entrance that overlooks the entire living space below. The master bedroom is located on the upper level of the loft, complete with a plush King-size bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and an en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub + shower. Venture down our spiral staircase to the open concept living space. Our spacious living room features high ceilings, a cozy sofa with a comfortable queen sleeper within it (linens provided), and a 65-inch Smart TV for all of your streaming needs. Right off the living room is our fully stocked kitchen + dining space. Though you'll have Fayetteville's best restaurants at your fingertips, our kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare homecooked meals too! Our second private bedroom is located downstairs, complete with a cozy Queen-size bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub + shower. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew. ★ Once you arrive at the property, pick up your parking pass first and place it in your car window. The towing company is very strict and will tow any car without a parking pass. Do this before unloading your belongings - never leave your car unattended without a parking pass. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Place parking passes back in the property at checkout to avoid replacement fee of $50. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
