NOTE: Nighty price includes Airbnb fees-no more surprises! 3 night min. in this extremely clean, unique location & setting .2 bedroom + loft chalet, large deck,private new hot tub & Washer/dryer,wooded views,gas BBQ,rustic with open beam ceilings & sleeps up to 6(4 adults maximum or a mix of adults & children 6 maximum).Enjoy sitting on the deck and watch bears, deer, coyotes walk by in the green belt. Open beam ceilings & ceiling fans in each room & many other upgrades. New living room couch, double pane windows & air conditioning & carpeting. During summer walk to lake, casinos (0.9 mile), shopping, Edgewood Golf Course, Heavenly Gondola (0.8 mile). Great bike riding. Miles of Hiking trails right from the property. Winter, Heavenly gondola (0.8 mile) or California main lodge 1-2 minutes' drive. Cross country or snowshoe right from the property to VanSickle Park. The location does not get any better than this. We have had this cabin the longest and it enjoys the highest rate of return guests (we just added Airbnb in March 2023 but have been renting since 1980's). Enjoy sitting on the deck and watch bears, deer, coyotes walk by in the green belt below the cabin. Note that with one bathroom and other considerations we require no more than 4 adults or 6 with a mix of children & adults. We are the onsite caretakers and provide snow removal & great advice on what to do while you are here. Excellent high speed WIFI for remote working. We stay in the onsite caretaker apt. completely separate but not a shared living arrangement. Please read the reviews on Airbnb and others from our guests if you have concern about privacy. Remember this is a housekeeping cabin so linens, towels, starter toilet paper & soap provided but you will need to shop when you are here for the remainder o your stay. Due to Host's serious medical issues we do not allow pets of any kind including service animals. This IS NOT a party house but a great place for couples, families & friends to enjoy! Loud partiers need not apply! Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties/groups allowed. Sorry-no pets. Special rates for a 1 month or longer period to escape the virus, please inquire thru Airbnb so we can discuss with you. Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent this cabin. You may not rent for someone else as you must be occupying during the dates reserved. Picture ID required before confirming your reservation. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INCLUDING VAPING. Bedding: Master-king bed 2nd room-queen bed Loft-queen bed & 2 singles Quiet & secluded & wooded but walking distance to Stateline area shopping, entertainment & casinos We only allow a maximum of 4 adults or up to 6 if a mix of adults & children.
