Each bedroom has its own electric heater, and the balcony looks out over the city. Up on the roof there is a pool for the summer, plus a gym, and a Líder supermarket is two minutes away. A practical choice for a family or two colleagues driving into Santiago.

Kitchen Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Balcony Open views over the surrounding buildings. In the building Rooftop pool (December to March), gym, a shared terrace and a lounge. Lift and front desk. Private parking is included, suitable for small and medium cars.
