Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and FREE parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels provided! The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush bedding, quality bed sheets and smart TVs. Primary bedroom: 1 x King Bed Ocean View Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze. Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th. 1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit 2. 25+ years old ONLY (no exceptions) 3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB 4.
