The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals. The complete bathroom ensures all the necessary comfort. For added convenience, the apartment has air conditioning, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable channels. Enjoy the privileged location of this apartment on Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, in the heart of Porto. Just steps away, Rua das Flores (400 meters) invites you to stroll through the city, leading you to Ribeira, with its stunning views of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge. Explore the Gaia Quay, crossing the bridge, and discover the Port wine cellars and WOW. Within walking distance, visit the Ferreira Borges Market, the Palácio da Bolsa (Stock Exchange Palace), Avenida dos Aliados, the Clérigos Tower, the Galerias de Paris (Paris Galleries), and Rua de Santa Catarina. The São Bento train and metro station, 400 meters away, offers excellent public transport connections. One suggestion is bus 500, which will take you on a scenic journey along the Douro River waterfront, Foz, and beaches, ending at the Matosinhos Municipal Market. On the street, you will find craft shops, jewelers, cafes, and restaurants. The Cardosas paid parking lot is 270 meters away. We look forward to welcoming you! Important note: There are construction works near the apartment, causing noise from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control, but it may affect the stay of our guests. As such, we adhere to a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price on request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected. We offer a transfer service that can drop you at the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).
