Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom retreat in picturesque Kendal! Ideal for families, this charming property boasts a generously sized kitchen/dining room and a spacious living room perfect for creating lasting memories. Unwind, explore, and create unforgettable moments in this welcoming family-friendly haven. Living Room - Cosy living space with two sofas and chairs, plenty of seating if it's a full house. SmartTV which includes various platforms like Airbnb, Disney Plus, Amazon and a lot more. We have a record player in the living room which you have access to, feel free to bring your own vinyls or use our own. Books and games are located in here, perfect after a good days walk. Dining - Table seats 6 people. Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave & Cafetière. Laundry - Washer/dryer & Drying Rack. Bathroom - Bath & Separate Shower quality towels and essential amenities provided. There is also a separate toilet. Double Bedroom with quality linen & chest of drawers for storage. Hairdryer provided. Double Bedroom with quality linen & wardrobe. Single Bedroom with quality linen & wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Parking - There is free parking - 1 space on the driveway and 2 spaces in the garage. There is access to a garden room which leads onto a garden to use. Kendal is known as the gateway to the Lake District but has lots to offer too, from micro breweries to theatre. The pubs in town offer an eclectic mix of local ales and live music to suit all tastes. A small town with a big heart, in November Kendal hosts its annual Mountain Festival. Each year it welcomes thousands of outdoor enthusiasts from around the world to celebrate mountain culture and adventure in film, lectures, art and literature. Kendal is the biggest event of its type in the world and it's the main social event for outdoor enthusiasts in the UK. With hundreds of film screenings including high-profile premières plus plenty of speakers and special guests making this Festival a must-do long weekend in the Lake District.
