This spacious two-story townhome is ideal for families or friends seeking comfort, convenience, and true island lifestyle at an exceptional value. Most living areas are conveniently located on the ground level, including an open-concept kitchen and dining area, living room, half bath, and a king bedroom with ensuite—perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Large glass doors open to the patio, allowing you to enjoy sea breezes or cool the home with AC after sunny days. Upstairs are two additional ensuite bedrooms: one with two queen beds and balcony seating, and a more private deluxe king suite with stunning ocean views. All bedrooms include AC, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. The beach is just ~50 yards from the villa—perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling. Close to town yet peaceful and uncrowded, this location offers the best of both worlds. You will receive a contract to finalize your booking. Once your flights are booked, please provide us with your flight information to help plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private water service, boat charters, private chefs, and massages.
