Starlight Suite at Tamarron Resort (Gambel Oak #747) is our upper-level end studio condo featuring a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, stovetop burners, coffee maker, and toaster), an updated full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a small entry deck. The views from the unit are spectacular since it is surrounded by Glacier Club’s golf courses and the San Juan Mountains. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. This studio condo has high ceilings and a wall of windows with lots of natural light. There is dining bar seating plus a separate workspace that could be used as a desk, extra vanity area, or food prep space. The smart TV is hooked up to cable. The TV can be viewed from anywhere in the condo. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the condo entrance. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: * Studio - Two Queen Beds * Studio - Sleeper Sofa ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Coin laundry in the guest service building at the south end of the Gambel Oak parking lot. There is a spiral staircase leading to the front door of this condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron, DO NOT allow pets. No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first. AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
