After a long day of exploring the surrounding area, unwind in the living room with ample sofa seating options. A screened-in balcony with access from both the living room and master bedroom offers a space to enjoy morning coffee or quiet relaxation with tranquil views of the surrounding property. It will truly feel like your home away from home. This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. - Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. A sliding glass door opens from the bedroom right onto the home’s screened-in balcony. - Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-in unit with no stairs. - 2 parking spaces are provided, available on a first come first serve basis. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - Washer and dryer in unit. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.(No gym or clubhouse access) - Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
