Tiny House Duke was named after the Leadville greeter. You will see his friendly face walking about the town. This tiny house was built as a tech school project and has great craftsmanship. The house comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen bed in the loft, twin bed downstairs and 2 futons in the living room area. You will find all the comforts of home including a kitchenette stocked with plates, utensils, coffee maker, induction cooktop, toaster, refrigerator and microwave. We are located in downtown. Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee. Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike. Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.
