Guests have access to a spacious living room with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a large terrace with panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains. The functional layout provides a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests, while the electric fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere after a day on the ski slopes or exploring the mountains. Apartment B1 is located on the ground floor of the Białka Residence Ski complex. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a large terrace make it an excellent choice for a family holiday or a stay with friends. Living room: a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed for 2 people, TV, electric fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs, spacious wardrobe, shoe cabinet, and direct access to the terrace. Kitchenette: refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, sink, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, as well as a complete set of crockery and cutlery for 6 people. Bedroom 1: a 160 × 200 cm double bed, bedside tables with lighting, and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: a 160 × 200 cm double bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside tables with lighting, and TV. Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin with cabinet, mirror, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and towels. Terrace: a spacious terrace equipped with outdoor seating and sun loungers. From the terrace, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains. Białka Residence Ski znajduje się w samym sercu Białki Tatrzańskiej. Termy Bania oraz wyciągi Kotelnicy Białczańskiej oddalone są o zaledwie około 20 m, dzięki czemu do najważniejszych atrakcji miejscowości można dotrzeć pieszo w kilka chwil. W pobliżu znajdują się restauracje, sklepy i punkty usługowe. Okolica oferuje wiele możliwości aktywnego wypoczynku przez cały rok – od narciarstwa i term po wycieczki górskie oraz trasy rowerowe Velo Dunajec i Velo Czorsztyn. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please note that the keys to the apartment must be collected from the reception at 99 Środkowa Street in Białka Tatrzańska. The reception is located next to the parcel locker, beside the Gama store. Check-in is available daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early check-in is not available. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact the reception in advance directly at +48 660 496 980. A PLN 500 security deposit is required at check-in and is accepted exclusively in the form of a pre-authorisation on a payment card. Cash deposits are not accepted. The blocked amount is released within a maximum of 3 business days after check-out, provided that no damage to the apartment has been identified. Breakfast can be ordered in the form of catering and delivered directly to the apartment door between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The price is PLN 50 per portion. Breakfast orders must be placed with reception no later than 6:00 PM on the day before delivery. Parking spaces are limited. Each apartment is entitled to one parking space, and we cannot guarantee the availability of additional spaces for the same apartment. Pets are welcome. An additional fee of PLN 40 per pet per night applies. Guests also have access to a ski storage room, and the building is equipped with a lift. If you require an invoice issued to a company or another taxpayer, complete invoicing details, including a valid Polish tax identification number (NIP), must be provided no later than at the time of booking. If these details are not provided, the transaction may be recorded as a consumer sale and documented with a fiscal receipt.
