This is a cozy studio located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a beautiful secure Haussmann building. It is composed as follows: - A double bed 140x190cm - An equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc.) - A bathroom with WC - TV and Broadband Internet (WiFi). - Sheets and towels provided This apartment is located in the 8th arrondissement, near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. The area is full of restaurants, famous shops, as well as many local shops (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher, supermarkets, dry cleaners, pharmacy). In addition, the apartment is right next to the Poncelet market, renowned for its high quality products. Finally, you can enjoy the famous Parc monceau located a few minutes from the property.
