To ensure a serene and delightful experience for all guests, we have implemented the following policies at our property: Tranquil Environment: We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to promote a peaceful atmosphere. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly request that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during these hours. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. Pet-Friendly Accommodation: With prior written permission, we allow a maximum of two pets per stay, subject to The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay Unfortunately, we do not permit cats on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a penalty of $1,000. Age Restriction: The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay. Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of all guests, exterior security cameras are installed around the property. It is important to note that these cameras do not face inside the house or monitor interior spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they are designed to create a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all who stay at our property.
