Newly built with your comfort and well-being in mind, this villa offers 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, enclosed living room, yoga shala and massage room! A dream come true for everyone who wants to enjoy Bali to its fullest. The 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, TVs, A/C and safety boxes for your convenience. Floor to ceiling glass windows ensure bright rooms while wooden elements provide the room with warm tones and a comfortable atmosphere. Indirect lightning, modern design and traditional decoration round up those beautiful and comfortable rooms to give you the perfect space for privacy. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to prepare food or drinks for you and your family/friends. It’s open to the enclosed living area with a dining table and spacious lounge area. The surrounding glas walls offer an incredible view of the rice fields and pool area. The centre piece of this beautiful villa is the spacious pool with sun loungers and incredible view. You can have a refreshing dip in the morning, jumping straight out of your room into the clear pool. Or spend your afternoon relaxing and reading under the umbrellas. The sunken lounge area in the pool offers an extra cool hang out spot for you and your family/friends. Enjoy your sunset drinks here or just relax. A private massage room with rice field view is the ultimate spot to let go of all stress and indulge in the peace of this place and its surroundings. The staff is happy to arrange a massage therapist after your request. Use the amazing yoga shala by yourself or let our staff organize a private yoga teacher for you to learn new techniques and feel the amazing benefits of a yoga session in your private villa. This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze. Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa, please communicate with our villa host if you wish more privacy or certain times for the staff to come. Our villa host will also assist you with any other requests and questions. We can organize car/scooter rentals, day trips, taxi, restaurant reservations, massage, laundry and more. Breakfast can be prepared by the staff and lunch/dinner by a private chef (extra costs, please give one day notice). (Please note that your Netflix and YouTube accounts will be used to log in. Ensure you log out before checking out to protect your account from unauthorized use.) Vendor Services: To ensure the villa's equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali's tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Whether you choose to dine in or savor a chef’s touch, our team is here to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day? A: Absolutely! Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 5-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 12 guests, with the 11th and 12th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
