The home features a two-story layout, perfect for giving everyone the privacy they need for a great night’s sleep upstairs, while still enjoying plenty of room to connect with your group in the open and social downstairs. Kick back and relax on the high-end furnishings while enjoying the state-of-the-art amenities, providing a seamless blend of luxury and modern living for your stay. When you arrive at the home, there is a large lockable exterior closet, perfect for storing your skis and outdoor gear. You will step through the stylish entryway with a functional built-in bench and storage. Directly to the left of the front door is the beautiful kitchen, a space with all the upgrades a chef could dream of, including high-end appliances such as a Wolf gas cooktop, oven, and custom hood. Inside the fully-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for your group, as well as a comfortable kitchen bar with three bar stools providing a great spot to grab a bite to eat, or for additional seating in the main living space. On the other side of the kitchen you will find the bright living room, outfitted with a leather couch and a leather club chair; the high-end furnishings beckon you to sink in and relax. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them. Please also be aware of long travel times and pass closures due to winter weather conditions. If you are renting this home from April until the first snowfall, there are NO fires allowed in Lake Tahoe. Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note, the Family Fun Pool and Quiet Pool are open seasonally, with the Quiet Pool available only in the summer. The sauna is open year-round. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
