For security and occupancy verification purposes, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry and is used only in emergency or compliance-related situations. Additional exterior cameras monitor side access gates exclusively for property security. There are no interior cameras. The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain neighborhood standards. This system measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy while promoting respectful use of the home. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property; however, exceptions may be considered upon request. If an exception is approved—or if a pet is discovered to have been present during the stay—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be applied to cover additional post-stay cleaning requirements.
