The Palms is a spectacular, newly renovated 5 bedroom house overlooking the pristine Llandudno beach. The house is extremely spacious, spread over five floors, with all rooms enjoying beautiful sea and mountain views. The Llandudno house is perfectly positioned to be sunset facing and is just a short walk to the beautiful, white sandy beach below. Please note that during peak season (15 December - 10 Jan), there is a 14-night minimum stay at this villa. The house is luxuriously decorated in light colours to maximise the feeling of being right by the beach. Large sliding french doors throughout the home, ensure the view is maximised and the cool Atlantic sea breeze can flow throughout. When you enter the impressive atrium on the ground floor you find an expansive living area that unfolds onto the main garden and pool deck. The rim flow pool is perfectly placed to take in the sea and mountain views. There are plenty of places to relax outside whether you are looking for sun loungers, lounge seating for your sundowners or a shaded spot to read a book. Llandundo is a safe and quiet residential area next to Bakoven and Camps Bay. Llandudno beach is spectacularly beautiful, with magnificent sunsets, white sand and crystal clear blue water.
