Welcome to Paris! We are delighted to welcome you to our apartment in the heart of Paris, in the famous MARAIS district. This one-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a building close to the famous Marché Couvert des Enfants Rouges and the beautiful Place des Vosges, less than 10 minutes away on foot! It's a lively, bustling district, ideal for those who want to enjoy all that the French capital has to offer. Located in the heart of the Marais district, this is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods in Paris! This historic area offers a unique atmosphere, blending history, culture, fashion and gastronomy. The Marais is known for its well-preserved architecture, 17th-century mansions, cobbled streets and historic buildings. It's home to the Place des Vosges, one of the oldest and most beautiful squares in Paris, as well as numerous museums, including the Musée Carnavalet, dedicated to the city's history. It's a cultural mecca, with numerous contemporary art galleries, artists' studios and the Centre Pompidou, which attracts modern and contemporary art lovers from all over the world. Located close to transport links, you'll find it easy to get around the capital and discover all the sights: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Pantheon, the Arc de Triomphe .... The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. This apartment is located in the heart of Paris' 3rd arrondissement. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, well-known stores and many convenience stores (bakery, fishmonger's, restaurants, butcher's, supermarkets, dry cleaners, pharmacy, etc.). I highly recommend the "BigLove" Italian restaurant, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, where you can eat great pasta and pizza! "We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 piece of identification - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- "FOR CHECK-IN Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
