Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance ________________________________________ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Jan 6 – Dec 17 • 50% of total required at booking • Remaining 50% due 60 days before arrival • Cancellations made 60+ days before arrival are refundable • Within 59 days or less, no refunds Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week • 50% of total required at booking (non-refundable) • Remaining 50% due 90 days before arrival • No date changes allowed unless force majeure prevents travel (valid for 11 months from cancellation date) • No refunds for seasonal rate changes Note: • US$ 150 administration fee applies for all full refunds via wire transfer. • Credit card payments incur a 4% processing fee (retained from refunded amount). ________________________________________ RULES • No Hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property. • Age Requirement: Reservation holder must be 25+ years old. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. • No smoking allowed. • No pets allowed. • Total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. • Use of outside vendors (chefs, event planners, photographers, golf cart providers, etc.) may incur extra fees and must be approved in advance by property management.
