As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €4000,00. 6. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 7. Each guest pays a security deposit insurance fee per reservation to cover all damages. 8. A €6000 Extra Host Required Deposit is necessary to be payed for this Luxury Plus accommodation. With both deposits together it has a total of €10000. This amount will be collected once the booking is confirmed and will be refunded within 14 days after the day of your departure. Important: The area's of this property are continuously being maintained. The villa has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area.
