You also have a toaster, coffee maker, blender (for smoothies), etc. The dining table seats 4, and more guests can be seated on stools at the kitchen counter. Enjoy the living area's HDTV, high-speed Wi-Fi and comfy sofas, perfect for reading a book, watching TV, or leave the sliding glass doors open to experience the soothing Caribbean breeze while slipping away for an afternoon nap. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers twin beds (convertible to a king). The 2nd guest bathroom is located just outside the second bedroom in the hallway. The third bedroom features a queen bed and has direct access to the screened porch and living area. A counter area located right inside the front door hallway is convenient for towels and for you to quickly drop your things. Underneath is the front-loading washing machine and dryer for laundry. Bath towels, beach towels and linens are provided. This rental includes bi-weekly cleaning if you stay for more than 4 nights. You may change or request additional towels from the property manager or can inquire about additional cleaning services (for a fee) during your stay. When you're ready to head outside, you can take advantage of the refreshing ocean front pool with outdoor lounge chairs, umbrellas and dining areas (some with covering). The complex has 3 common BBQ grilling areas to use as well as an onsite tennis court to ensure that you keep up your fitness levels while indulging in the best of what Cayman has to offer. Many things are within walking distance and public transportation is very good in the area so it is not also necessary to have a vehicle if you just intend to stay in the area and enjoy the many offerings. Tamarind Bay consists of 28 units, which are a mixture of short and long term rentals as well as owner occupied units. Unit # 22 is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator available so you will be required to use the stairs. There is 1 parking space reserved for the unit for your use. The tennis court is available for free during the day however there is a small fee of US$12.00 for using the court during the night. If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1,000 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. Please note that as of December 1st, 2025, there is a small stretch of beach in front of the seawall. We do not advertise this property as beachfront in order to avoid any misunderstandings or mismatched guest expectations.
