Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the outdoor seating area. Perfect for your next getaway! - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms - 3 Queen size beds - 2 bathrooms - There is a maximum of 2 reserved parking spaces located in the driveway of the home. There is no street parking available. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room and Family room - Backyard with outdoor seating, a fire pit & hot tub! Note: - This home does not include private beach access. We highly recommend visiting Manresa State Beach, which is just a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the property. Please be aware that there is a $10 vehicle day-use fee at the beach. - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforters La Selva Beach is a charming coastal community located in Santa Cruz County, California. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - While this home doesn't offer private beach access, we're excited to recommend the beautiful Manresa State Beach, just a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away! Please note there is a $10 vehicle day-use fee at the beach, which is well worth the stunning views and relaxing atmosphere. - The homeowner has a severe pet allergy, and even trace amounts of pet dander can be life-threatening to them. For the safety of all involved, we’re unable to accommodate pets. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe! - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
