Welcome to our 80m2 flat in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, a dynamic and eclectic district renowned for its artistic atmosphere, lively nightlife and historic monuments. From the famous Moulin Rouge to the picturesque streets of Montmartre, there's something for everyone in this vibrant district. Visit the Palais Garnier to discover its breathtaking neo-baroque architecture. Admire its domes, sculptures and impressive architectural details. Explore its majestic interior on a guided tour to discover its sumptuously decorated rooms, including the grand staircase, grand foyer and auditorium, while learning fascinating details about its history and architecture. Just a ten-minute walk away is the Moulin Rouge, with its bright red façade and windmill. While at the Moulin Rouge, explore the lively Pigalle district, known for its bars, boutiques and bohemian atmosphere. Here you'll find plenty to see and do, including the famous Rue de Martyrs and the Montmartre district. This location allows you to explore Paris using easily accessible public transport. You can easily reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the various emblematic sites of the city: the Sacré Coeur, Jardin des Tuileries, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées...
