When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three bedrooms: (1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and a large, attached bathroom. (2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom (3) Third bedroom - Queen sized bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. Spend time outside on the patio with a grill and dining table. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
