You Must Be 25 Years of Age or Older to Rent. Experience Crystal Beach in this pet-friendly home. There is even a huge fenced yard for the little ones and pets to roam freely. We charge a $200 Non-Refundable pet fee. All the extras make this house the perfect choice for family and friends year-round. The living room has an electric fireplace for those chilly nights or for that romantic ambiance. In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities you need to prepare meals for your vacation, including a separate coffee and beverage bar. This home is equipped with WIFI and Smart TVs in all the rooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen, and bedroom three has a full/full bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. When you are ready to soak up some sunshine or stroll on the beach, you are only seconds away from sand castles, beachcombing, and more! Outside, on the deck, there is ample seating to enjoy your favorite beverages while observing our splendid sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. There are 3 decks positioned to capture amazing views! Downstairs is a large covered space for gathering, playing games, and grilling. Don't forget to rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower. Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will work during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need: 1 roll of paper towels 3 white kitchen trash bags 2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable) 2 laundry tabs (if applicable) 1 small bottle of dish soap 1 dish sponge 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom Small bar of hand soap per bathroom 1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath 1 beauty bar per bath Small salt and pepper Small cooking oil There will also be a bath towel set for each guest Do not forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen!
