The third bedroom is upstairs and includes a king bed, a heat pump with air-conditioning, and large windows overlooking the surrounding hills with glimpses of the sea. The downstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans, with portable heaters stored in the cupboard. A separate laundry is also available for guest use. Outside, the established gardens include fruit trees and an open lawn area. A sheltered side deck provides an additional outdoor space for reading or relaxing after a day around the island. On-site parking is available for two vehicles. The home is also within walking distance of Oneroa Village and local bus services, making it possible to explore the area without relying entirely on a car. Nearby favourites include The Oyster Inn and Fenice for evening meals, along with casual daytime options throughout the village.
