A $7,500 USD refundable security deposit is required. In addition, a food and beverage/incidentals deposit of $1,000 USD per night is required. CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial Deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to arrival for regular season dates and 90 days prior to arrival for festive season dates (Thanksgiving, Mexican Holy Week, Easter, Christmas, and New Years Weeks) however, there is a cancellation fee equal to one night’s rent and tax. Final Deposits and fees are non-refundable to Guest upon Owner´s receipt of such deposits. If Guest provides written notice to Owner of its election to terminate the Agreement, and Owner succeeds in securing a replacement Guest for the same rental period as the dates noted in this Agreement, then owner will refund the Security Deposit to guest plus any other deposits received from Guest to the extent that Owner receives rental payments from a replacement guest during the applicable period. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the development. No pets allowed.
