LIVING AREA AND DINING The comfortable living room features a large and inviting sectional couch next to the fireplace, offering a welcoming and ambient space for your group to relax. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a home chef with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The large dining table seats six, and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. BED AND BATH The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom in the hallway. OUTDOOR SPACE The patio features outdoor dining furniture, and a gas grill, making it a fabulous space for enjoying Santa Fe’s famous weather. Evaporative coolers are only available from May 15th - October 1st. - The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th - This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
