In this house, community and the outdoors are everything. This property was created to enjoy the fantastic weather of the Baja Peninsula, with patio and yard space that is more than double the size of the inside. There aren't many houses that put you as close to the sand as Casa Piedra Blanca does. Relaxation is a need here as a fire pit is located on a terrace that almost reaches the sand and is flanked by bench seating and 4 chaise lounges. The living, dining, and kitchen sections are connected by spacious areas. Casa Piedra Blanca is spacious, bright, and fresh thanks to a wall of glass that runs the entire length of the back of the home. Additionally, the absence of walls is a feast for the eyes for individuals who enjoy losing themselves in meditation while gazing at the Sea of Cortez's aquamarine seas. Every morning as you get out of bed to enjoy a cup of coffee or go for a stroll on the beach, the sun warms you. • There is a no-smoking policy in place at Piedra Blanca (indoor and outdoor). A $500 USD penalty may be added. • Please add a $200 USD resort fee. This fee covers a variety of amenities and services of Puerto Los Cabos Community. • No pets allowed without Owner's prior approval. • No parties allowed. • All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
