Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive is required during the winter months (October 1 to May 15th). It may be necessary for safe travel to this property in general due to its location in the mountains, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the oxygen system is turned off after each stay for safety and maintenance.
