Enjoy your time in Vail at our luxury 3 bed / 2 bath condo with a fireplace, shared pool, and outdoor tennis courts. Our remodeled, top floor luxury condo is the perfect spot for a group of friends or two couples with kids. Your group will have plenty of space in the open concept living room and kitchen area to all come together. Cooking will be a breeze in the updated kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances including a large capacity refrigerator, electric stove, and more. The kids have their own space in the loft with seating and a Smart TV. Two other Smart TVs can be found in the master bedroom and living room. For all TVs, login to your favorite streaming platforms to play your favorite show or movie. While you're watching your latest show, turn on the fireplace in the living room as you rest your tired feet from a long day of adventuring. –Where You’ll Sleep– Master Bedroom - King En Suite Bath (Main Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen (Main Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Two Bunks (Main Floor) –Location– To hit the slopes, take an easy walk (just steps away!) to the Timber Falls bus stop which is a short 20 minute bus ride to Vail Village. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
