Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Pack ’n play/travel crib – available upon request for a fee. Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. There is no daily housekeeping service, but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Please note there is construction behind the building *for the next 12 months, Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm and Saturdays from 8am until 2pm. We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, and some trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished. Other items, such as dish soap, sponges, cooking supplies, etc., must be purchased and brought on-site. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please note that guests of the Ipana condo complex have access from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm to the communal fitness center located on the rooftop. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed
