House Rules & Additional Information * Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM. * Smoking is not permitted inside the property. * Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay. * We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed. * A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed Mid-Stay Cleans Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $129 service applies.

🚫 Not Allowed No schoolies, underage guests, parties, or events. 🔇 Noise & Visitors Quiet time from 9:30 PM. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests. ❄️ Air Conditioning Turn off when leaving the apartment. 🗑️ Rubbish Use designated bins for rubbish and recycling. 🔐 Security Lock all doors and windows when leaving. 🏊 Pool & BBQ No glass near the pool. Pool hours: 7 AM–10:30 PM. Children must be supervised. No running or loud music. 🚭 Smoking Strictly no smoking in the apartment or on the property. A cleaning fee applies. 🐾 Pets No pets allowed unless approved by building management. 🛠️ Damage & Cleaning Report any damage. Don’t move furniture. Use beach towels at the pool. Lost key cards: $20.
