Ideal for couples, friends, business travellers, or small families, this stylish 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of Elysee III by Pantheon, JVC offers a modern and comfortable retreat in Dubai. With bright, open spaces, a private balcony, and access to excellent building amenities, it’s the perfect base to unwind, explore, or work in the city. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening breeze. Please note that the sofa bed will only be prepared if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it's set up for you. Between the living area and kitchen, a dining table for two offers a cosy space for meals, coffee, or light work. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large counter and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and all essential cookware, making it easy to feel at home. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, soft linens, a vanity area with chair, and built-in storage for a clutter-free stay. It also opens onto the balcony, providing a private spot to relax and soak in the views. The en-suite bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower, complemented by a separate powder room for added convenience. Guests can enjoy building amenities including a shared swimming pool, outdoor kids’ play area, and a well-equipped gym, along with a designated parking space. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
