Designed for an effortless stay, this bright second-floor studio brings every comfort together in one beautifully arranged open-plan space. The living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas each have their own natural place, creating a welcoming home that feels both airy and practical. With air conditioning and reliable Wi‑Fi throughout, it is an ideal choice for solo travellers, couples, and business guests alike. * Living Area: Sink into the comfortable sofa beside the king-size bed, with a coffee table close at hand—an easy spot to relax after exploring the city or settle in for a quiet evening. - Dining Area: A charming table for two is set next to the living space, perfect for slow breakfasts, casual dinners, or planning the day ahead. - Kitchen: The well-equipped open-plan kitchen has the essentials for preparing everything from morning coffee and light snacks to relaxed home-cooked meals. - Bedroom Area: Rest comfortably in the king-size bed, thoughtfully positioned between the living area and balcony. A TV directly opposite makes it easy to unwind with your favourite show before bed. - Bathroom: Located conveniently beside the kitchen, the bathroom features a bathtub—ideal for a refreshing start or a soothing soak at the end of the day—along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. - Balcony: Step outside to your private furnished balcony, where a table and two chairs offer a peaceful setting for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply a breath of fresh air. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries, including shower gel, soap, and shampoo. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Additional linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will let you know where it is stored or arrange delivery. - For additional cleaning, please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not do so, I cannot guarantee check-in at the requested time. - Smoking inside the flat is strictly prohibited. Penalty: 2500 AED.
