This 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of the stylish Loci Residence with elevator access, located in Jumeirah Village Circle is an ideal base for both short and extended stays in Dubai. As you enter the apartment, step into a spacious hallway that leads into the beautifully finished open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home, including a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and cooking essentials. A bar-style counter with seating for four offers a convenient space for meals or remote work. The living room features a plush 3–4 seater sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. From here, you can enter the bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed, a second TV for watching from bed, a foot massager, portable fan, and ample clothing storage. The ensuite bathroom is elegantly finished and includes a full-sized bathtub, ideal for a peaceful soak after a day out. In addition to the ensuite, the apartment includes a separate half bathroom and a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, and cleaning supplies for added convenience. The building offers elevator access, a shared swimming pool, fully equipped gym, and a designated private parking space. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
