With modern comforts and a welcoming feel, this apartment offers teh perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility - just minutes from famous beaches such as Bondi and Coogee, the vibe and nightlife of the city, while providing dining and shopping right at your doorstep.
Good to know
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.

Just a 3 minutes stroll to bus and train stations, you will have seamless access to the golden beaches of Bondi, Coogee and Bronte while the vibrant nightlife, culture and energy of Sydney's city centre is just a short 5-10 minutes train ride away. Within 5 minutes, you can also walk to major shopping centres such as Westfield, where stylish cafes, shopping and restaurants provide an array of options.
Guest Access
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
