About the Home

A fully renovated apartment on the top of a well-kept Art Deco block — “The Fairmont” — on quiet, leafy Botany Street, a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Bondi Junction. The building keeps its 1930s red-brick character; behind the door, the home has been modernised throughout and thoughtfully set up for people who want to work as comfortably as they relax. Living room & library A calm, light-filled lounge with a deep teal velvet sofa, coffee table and coastal artwork — and a floor-to-ceiling library stocked with a genuinely good spread of reading. A ceiling fan keeps it cool, and there’s fast Wi-Fi throughout. The perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or the desk. Dining An open-plan dining area with a solid timber table seats the whole apartment — easy for shared dinners, or for spreading out with a laptop and a coffee. Dedicated home office This is what sets the home apart. A proper home-working setup: a dedicated desk with an external monitor, keyboard and mouse, a printer, an ergonomic office chair and a handy under-desk bar fridge. There’s a second desk/study nook as well — so two people can work at once without stepping on each other. Ideal for remote work, relocations and longer corporate stays. The Neighborhood

The neighbourhood — Bondi Junction Botany Street sits in a quiet residential pocket a few minutes from the centre of Bondi Junction — the eastern suburbs’ transport and shopping hub — with Bondi Beach a short hop down the hill. On your doorstep. Westfield Bondi Junction (Coles, Woolworths, David Jones, Myer, an Apple Store, cinemas and hundreds of shops) and the Oxford Street Mall are about a five-minute walk. Cafés, restaurants, gyms and grocers line the surrounding streets. Beaches & the coast. Frequent buses reach Bondi Beach in roughly 10–15 minutes, where you’ll find the surf, the Bondi Icebergs ocean pool and the start of the famous Bondi-to-Bronte coastal walk. Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly and Coogee follow along the cliff path. Green space. Centennial Park and Queens Park — vast lawns, ponds, cycling and running paths — are close by for a morning run or a weekend picnic.
