The ground floor hosts a fun bedroom for kids of all ages, with two sets of bunk beds and living area, as well as a hall bathroom, and another bedroom with a king bed. This level has a separate entry with no interior access and provides covered parking and a gas grill. You’ll find ample parking, a private outdoor shower and a private beach access.
